• Provides explanations of questions in plain English

You are responsible for filing your application with USCIS and paying any applicable government filing fees.

No Guarantee of Outcome: We do not guarantee that your naturalization application will be approved. Approval depends on many factors outside our control, including your eligibility, the accuracy of your information, and USCIS adjudication.

Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting support@meridianforms.com. Refunds may be denied if we determine the Service was used in bad faith.

Government Fees: Our fee does not include the USCIS filing fee or biometrics fee, which you must pay directly to USCIS when submitting your application.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Review your completed form carefully before submission to USCIS
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MERIDIAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors or omissions in the content generated by the Service
• Denial or delay of your naturalization application by USCIS
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any other matter relating to the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
